Stunned, and still filled with grief, Eliza doesn’t have the luxury of catching her breath. In fact, she’s got to jump into action and figure things out in a way she’s never done before.
It’s incredible, isn’t it? A woman is capable of so much — especially when put to the test. This woman is no different, and what Eliza manages to accomplish in a short bit of time is remarkable, and remarkably enthralling. She finds a makeshift home among the denizens of The Sweet Vidalia hotel, gets herself enrolled in a school to learn a trade, and finds that there is, actually, life after life.
